You may use the service and API only for lawful credential verification, in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the underlying registries. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation.
Accuracy & no warranty
Verification results reflect primary-source registry data at the time of lookup. CredentialMattersis not a government authority and does not guarantee that registry data is complete or current. Results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
API keys & security
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
- Activity under your keys is your responsibility.
- We may rate-limit or suspend keys to protect the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredentialMatters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
